As a move towards a more sustainable future, hydrogen production has gained a lot of interest globally. In recent years, many efforts have been made to expand the use of alkaline water electrolysis technology. Designing a compact high-performance electrolysis stack is crucial step to successfully produce hydrogen. Therefore, this project aims to design a small, efficient hydrogen production unit as a proof of concept. In addition, that study investigates the feasibility of using seawater in the system.
